HYARU offers Ayurvedic and wellness products such as effervescent tablets, herbal milk mixes, gummies, and more. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change product availability, pricing, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed via our website, and payments must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept secure payment through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment gateways. Order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is successful

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered typically within 5–7 business days depending on the delivery location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or logistics partner issues. During peak periods such as Festival season, processing may take longer, but we will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

7. Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer care. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Refunds, once approved, will be Credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
